Sample application - 127 crpc

Hi All

My wife filed Petition U/s 125 and she has been awarded 12000 as interim maintenance. Now, I came to know that she has been doing job at such and such organisation.

Now, I want to file application U/S 127 to get the above interim maintenance reduced/cancelled.

Please help me out with the sample for applicaiton U/S 127. Thanks

there is no sample format of these types of applications its depends on case to case. contact a lawyer

Thanks Nadeem Ji. I understand.

Somebody told me that witness summons U/s 91 is not applicable in lower court in Punjab.

Sir, Can I writet to Hon'able court that please summon employeralong with such and such details through Sec 127 application itself. Please guide how to go about this. Thanks
