SC Decisions on Lapse of 12 years after Decree
I need some SC Rulings wherein 12 years have passed after a court decree in favour of mortgagee .i.e. the beneficiary of a mortgage, and the mortgagee failed to execute the decree or auction the mortgaged property and as a result thereof the Bank had to release the property to the mortgager or its legal heirs
