A Government employee has issued legal notice and lodged a complaint in the police station against the Deputy General Manager. For that He was issued with a charge sheet and finally dismissed from service.
Is it a punishable offence to go to constitutional bodies for justice. Are there any similar cases of this kind. Please , any one provide me information in this regard.
