can a sessions court of sewree supersede sessions court of greater mumbai exercisiong revisional powers of 397(2) exercising provision of 457 crpc if in case subsequently in that case of investigation the chargesheet is filed and the subject matter (that is the property) has been already seized off by the sessions court greater mumbai
can the sessions court order the return of property where in law both the courts are equally powered can it supersede the same that is the other
