my gf is now safe at shelter home of assam .so i want her to change the shelter home to orissa....so whats the procedure. she complaint against her parents for forced marriage and domestic violence. but she didnt filled any case on her parents because her father's job will be at risk...so he just registered her complaints on police register ..she is under protection of police..
i have some questions:
1.how to change her shelter home from assam to orissa with protection.?
2.how manyy months she can live there...any compulsory limited time...?
3.should i have to pay any fees for the shelter home?
4.should any problem will occur if the case is not filled?will her parents will take her with them with out her will?
