My husband is having shop right outside a restaurant since 1970.
The restaurant owner is now asking my husband to vacate the shop. My husband has Ghumasta, Stall Board license, Weather Frame license, Electricity bill, for the same. but doesn't have rent receipts.
In this scenario what is the status of the shop.
What can he do to save the shop ?

1. Obtain Restraining Order from local Civil Court. Brother can claim "adverse possession" by providing supporting documentary evidences & witnesses.
