Signature on affidavit

If my father has appointed me as the power of attorney holder, can I sign on his behalf on an affidavit in his absence ?

Hello,

It depends on the clauses of the power of attorney which grants powers to you by your father.

No, neither you can sign on behalf your father nor it will be acceptable.

It is advised not to sign in place of your father if the POA is silent on this issue!
