Dear Sirs,
I am running a small tution class at my home for 8th, 9th & 10th classes total strength is around 30 and total income is around 15k - 20k, in order to consistent strength i intend to do newspaper ad as well as place a flex board outside my house. A friend of mine warned me saying i may have to face some legal problems if i do so as another of his friend who is running a larger coaching class situated on the main road and in commercial complex had gone through hell. I visited that coaching class and inquired reg same but he refused to talk anything about it.
pls sir kindly advise what are the legal requirements if any and where can i find more info on it. I live in Madhya Pradesh.
