Hi,
We stay in society of 700 families, there is a gym with only one common trainer. We have hired a separate personal trainer who doesn't use any equipments personally he only trains us..i.e me and my sister.
Now society has come with additional charges for hiring a personal trainer they are asking to pay 500+ tax per person for getting the personal trainer in the society gym.
They are asking trainer to pay but obviously he wil not do that , eventually I will be paying it from my pocket
Is this permissible? Are there are any legal documents or sections that I can show them that they cannot go about any such charges. We are already paying very high maintainence why should we pay any additional expenses.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
