We've done the full procedure to get the letter of heirship from CIDCO since the property is in name of my father. We've proved in court that me, my mother and my sisters are the legal heirs of the property after his death in 2008. The letter of heirship has been received from CIDCO mentioning that they have noted the request for transfer by heirship and noted the same in the record of the corporation but society is denying to accept the new format of letter of heirship.
Society want the 'FINAL order' which we won't get in case of heirship from CIDCO. How to proceed in this case? please suggest.
