What to do if society secretary along with managing committee sends a notice to my landlord asking them to ask us to vacate the flat within 15 days but our agreement is for 3 years. Secretary is troubling us and putting false allegations against me and my husband.

You can issue a legal notice to the secretary if he is crossing his limits and you can be in touch with your landlord
