I had filed a case related to a land in the year 2007 for specific performance and in due course in 2011 due to settlement the matter is solved and the other side is ready to execute the sale deed. Now my question is the stamp duty has to be paid on land value as per the year when case was filed or at present value. If any judgement please do let me know
