Hi ,
My Dad has settled me the Gift deed for a vacant land (120 Sq Yards)located at Teegalguda in April 2014, by dad bought is under sale deed in the year 1995. Now Govt of telanagana has put one board as saying this land belongs to Telangana, When we enquired they are saying it is ULC land.I have the sale deed on my dad name, Gift deed on my name.
Can i get the Legal clearance from concerned authorities?. can any one can suggest the proceedings?
