time now to made law of trots against inaction specific?

India is the country who’s Judiciary, legislature, Executive has not awakened from the feudal kingdom slumbers or even awakens one still suffering with colonial hang over. The fourth pillar media is establishing its own dynasty, and building images. and all are above board and above criticism. Judiciary has contempt of court and media can black you out as it has done to late Kantian. Legislatures can make laws with deliberate loop holes and executive will not act in time. What protection a people of our country has got against inaction of the public serpents, chief of executive? None. The Ruchika suicide case is the most debated case today. But debates are more on settling political scores or building images. Inaction and damage caused by inaction or wrong action or deliberate action in wrong directions by the public servants has no remedy. No procedure no compensation as there is no specific forum or law for ignorance of grievances, inaction on the applications of grievances, Inaction on the complaints against public servants.

Honourabe Supreme Court has held the Polluter liable for damages and also held him for price of damage. But damage to individual dignity, damage to society, damage to confidence of people in institutions, nothing is specifically able to compensation. Shall it not be changed? It will change a lot of attitudes. It will bring relief. Some may say , specification will leading to abuse, in my opinion, the ambiguity in law of trots is more abusing even some times to civil servants too. Let us discuss and than conclude in favor of raising voices for it.

The root cause lies in our sense of nationality  and humanity. It is said that innumerable laws are the sign of illiterascy.Ghost of  british mentality still prevails in the burecrates and in the politicians and also in the minds of people.People do not think in indian mentality. All the States are in India but India is not in the State. We have become indipendant by boundaires andpolitically but we have not become independent mentally.Concern is very right. Many think like this.It is tobe remembered that law  is preventive measure but it cannot cure the disease. The disease of lack of nationality  or morals cannot  be enforced by law,it should come from the within of humans and it should be spontenious.

Just a tip of the iceberg. If legistlators resigned in mass, how many days are there for the president or the Governors to summoned the House? We need a clear period of limitation to avoid Horse Trading?
