Top Management Harassing senior employee

i am working with this organization for the last 19 years. the top management was involved in malpractices like inflating the balance sheet misguiding investers and bankers and obtaining funds which they used lavishly by drawing exorbitend salery and perks for them self. they are living like kings and drawing benifits which are un heard of in the industry. then there was an income tax raid and all these things were un earthed but they managed to keep a lid on it but now the money has dried up and now they are feeling cash crunch and trying to force old loyal employees to resign so their people can be accomodated. how can we bring them to jsutice as they have siphoned investor money and mislead the invester community.

Various documents in a company are prepared by one, checked by another one, and finally approved by another one. Safeguard yourself first of all. Obtain the relevant docs and keep them safe. Usually such individuals are masters in denying responsibility, escaping and blaming some payroll employee. Litigations are lengthy.

Collect the details about the IT raid and keep it safe. If required use RTI route. They can not keep the lid forever.

Old employees would know what wrong was done. They can approach various law enforcement agencies and court of law.

Old and competent employees can finalize their new ventures with better companies at better positions.

45 is a big number. If you are united and you have enough evidence you can peruse. All of you together can explore the possibility of class approach.

Some sectors like Insurance prefer/take personnel from other diverse segments. Many new companies have started their operation.

Good placement consultants can help. Approach all of them.

Reliance Telecom also has been into this exercise. Cost cutting, job cuts, seperation, forced resignations.......some call it mass murder.

Such assignments are executed in steps. Vintage and package both are checked. Lists are prepared. An employee senior in experience and drawing higher wages is declared expensive. Mails, phone calls, briefings shall start. Mails percolate down to the level of reporting authority, with messages like..........take his resignation and send it to me and also confirm on phone......

The reliance incidence was protested by employees. The representations were sent in writing, and message was loud and clear. The emails received by reporting authorities were somehow obtained and these could serve as good evidence. The employees under the threat of termination have not been terminated and have been relocated without any loss in CTC.
