Hello Everyone,
My name is Deepak and I have worked with a pvt ltd company. when I joined they did not give me appointment letter and I worked only for one month and after that month company got shut donw. Company did not give Salary of mine and some others. The only thing which I have is the termination letter from that company. I emailed and called the owner of the company but they are continously denying my salary. They do not want to give my salary. Kindly advise me if this letter is going to work to get my salary or Not.
