Once you have decided to take up a legal battle against the authorities, it is advisable that you restrict yourself to the issues in front of you alone instead of stretching to other grey areaas which may draw adverse impact to your mission and sometimes it may become fatal to your ventures as well.  You will get a chance to trap them on other issues afterwards, so better concentrate only on those issues by which you are agrieved at present.
