VIOLATION OF SECTION 41 B CPC

DEAR SENIORS AND EXPERTS,

 ACCORDING THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, 1973,  (SECTION 41B) PROCEDURE OF ARREST AND DUTIES OF OFFICER MAKING ARREST:-

(A) BEAR AN ACCURATE, VISIBLE AND CLEAR IDENTIFICATION OF HIS NAME WHICH WILL FACILITATE EASY IDENTIFICATION.

BUT IN UTTARPARDESH, THE INFRINGMENT OF THIS LAW IS FREELY BECOMING .

 WHAT SHOULD A RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN DO  IN THIS REGARD?

AND WHAT IS DUTY OF AN ADVOCATE TO STOP THIS?

First of all collect the evidence in this regards and file a writ petition in the High Court
