violation right to choice in law

violation right to choice in law

In spl. marriage act under section 5 provide that major person can apply
for marriage in court and court give notice preiod of 30 days for any objection
in u/s 6 of this act that notice of marriage send to parents of boy and girl who want to marry.
if any objection come from any side and marriage officer satisfied with objection
he can stop the marriage procedure.
Copule pay 5000 to10000 rs to dealing clerk for stop the procedure of publication of notice.

on other hand if copule go for marriage in ayra smaaj mandir then after getting marriage certificate of arya smaaj mandir it is compulsury to registered in Hindu Marriage act 1955.
in registration form of marriage ,rgistrar want three set of gaztate officer certificate.
In 90% case no body produce original certificate of gaztate officer.
Again the game of corrpution strat here and dealing clerk take 500 to 5000 rs for gaztate officer certificate.

so i think that both the procedure should be change. coz both procedure violate right to choice n create courrption in system.
