Was i proclaimed offender in 498a?

Hi,

Me along with 6 other family members were accused by my wife in 498a(in May 2015), i was working in Dubai since 2013, and i was still there in Dubai when the case was filed, but all other 6 member attended the police interrogation, My wife went to court to ask the magistrate to impound my passport and the magistrate issued an order to passport office to impound my passport but i had given proper reply to passport office and they haven't impounded my passport.

After 30 days or so i could able to obtain the AB in 498a from High court, then i came back to India to surrender in lower court with AB given by High court.

Now my question is.... i am starting a small business now, as part of the application to business licence to ministry of corporate affairs i am filling a form.

The application has this line to sign saying "I haven't been declared as proclaimed offender by any Economic Offence Court or Judicial Magistrate Court or High Court or any other Court"

In above explained scenario am i treated as proclaimed offender?

The case is still running in the court.

Looking forward to positive response.

regards,
Raj
