Water leakage from roof top in flat - due to rain

Hi,

I am a resident in Bangalore own a flat from a builder called Eternity Structures pvt ltd. My flat is in top floor.

It is been close to 2 years since registration of my flat, We have been facing issues with it all these while, few listed below

1) Water leakage in balcony infront of our house

2) Water leakage in master bedroom from roof top due to rain

3) Cracks in the building

4) Poor water supply

My Question, With all these problems it is difficult to live in this place. And also, I can't even rent my leaking flat. I have bought this flat from Owner' share, Owner doesn't repsond to my call. But actual builder of the property(Eternity) doesn't take the responsibilty of the issue as he feels I should go to owner because I bought in owners share.

Now, what is the resolution. Can I go to court? if yes could you please help with the detials. How much I can claim? My investment for this flat is around 50 Lakhs rupees which includes registration and internal wood work etc.

Thanks!

You can send a legal notice to the builder and file a case in the consumer forum.
