Wedding photography dispute

Hi,

would like to request your opinion on sueing the photographer in relation to the re-deliverence of photos, which were not previously accessed/not downloaded offline/data accidentally deleted.

the photographer had shared the link from which the photos were not downloaded.

A review was put regarding the photographs, to which the photographers ops teams tried to negotiate in taking down the review put on google.

Because of this spite on me, the link for deactivated and because I did not download the photos and did put in a request to re-activate the link.

The reply was evident that due to the disheartened review, they couldn't do it.

when advise, I'd proceed legally, I was pointed at the contract which read the photographer is not legally obligated to keep/store photos after the first deliverables.

Thanks,

Pavan

You can file a complaint against the photographer for deficiency in service before the district consumer commission and seek compensation besides the photographs.
