Hi my 30 year old and born in himachal pradesh in Una distt.I never appied for birth certificate because my 10th certificate is used as Birth certificate every where,but now for some urgent purpose I need my birth certificate.so please can anyone tell me the procedure,time and cost to get it?please reply if any idea?

Hi Esha,
You just go to panchayat of your village if you born in village,and the issuing authority is panchayat secretory of that area.contact to village panchayat, they will help you to get it easily.
In case, if you born in city than go to municipal corp. office and they will issue your Birth certificate.
