what is the status of this case sir

Respected sirs. My question to you is that, my mother's (Muslim) house building property was illegally demolished by the Hyderbad Municipal corporation in the year 2000 without giving any prior notice nor single penny as compensation. she got stay order later. The open land is being used as road since then. Corporation did process to some extent but halted it due to the report from the Land Ceiling Dept of Hyderabad as it was not given and go on kept pending it Till date saying the Urban Land Clearance report awaiting. She expired leaving her children. The Govt.Land Cost (Registration) is Rs.40,000/- per square yard. The total affected land area under road widening is 100 Square yard.

Now, her children submitted the representation to Municipal Commissioner to do justice.

what is the process to get the compensation and what documents should we submit to get the compensation. How much compensation amount we get. Please reply ASAP.
Warm regards.

They can submit their mother death certificate to the GHMC with an application by giving reference case no.

If they delays approach high court.

You are entitled for compensation, if your mother had any subsisting right or interest in the land. It appears that some court case is pending. If so, expedite the matter.
