WHAT TO DO IF JUDGE BECOMES BIASED

This is the real question

"why people go to court that is the moot question when there is no guarantee of getting fair justice?"

The reality is that, "Jiski lathi uski Bhains.". 

Only a weak person, approaches court, and approaching court has become sign of weakness (Kamjori) helplessness (Lachari) and foolness (Moorkhata). 

Is this an end of judicial system???

यदि कानून के रखवाले ही कानून की हत्या करेंगे तो ये देश रसाथल में चला जायेगा . 

Protectors have really become Predators..

I do not know that whether this is the end of judicial system, but this judicial system has lost creditability/faith in the eye of common people.

I do agree with Bhartiya and Ravi Soni. Dictates are issued to settle the case in the certain manner to help the interested party/litigant.

our lawyers brothers and affected litigants litigants should raise voice againt particular judge.

Even media should play crucial role in bringing  such officers in lime light.

Voting sytem regarding corrupton in District Court level and bar level  be introduced on yearly basis and every lawyers and every ligitant should participate in that secrect voting  so know conduct of judicial officers.

The same system was adopted for IAS in UP to know the most corrupt officer.

Our lawyer brothers should raise voice for such incidents of   bias ness .
