Hi all
Please update me wheather Delhi Apartment Act, 1986 has implemented in Delhi or not.
If a flat owner/occupant not paying Maintainance Charges to Welfare Association, what action can initiate Welfare Association against flat owner/occupant

Dear B. P. Bhardwaj,
Ys Delhi Apartment ownership Act should be implemented in Delhi.
If the flat owner not paying mainteance, they will taken action (including legal actions) as per by laws of the owners association.
