When only mgmt committee signs redevelopment agreement

Respected Laywers.

In a society redevelopment project, it’s decided that only the management committee shall sign the redevelopment agreement.

In that case what supporting documents are needed to skip rest of the members signing the agreement?

If for any dispute if members goes in court against the builder does there stand a valid contractual obligation between the member and the builder to possibly win the case by the member in such a scenario?

Thanks and regards

Managind Committee functions on behalf of General Body hence derives authority to execute "MOU" or "AGREEMENT" with the Builder and it has due force to get it implimented, sue and be sued (if required).

It is advisable to seek opinion and advise of a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, professional guidance and necessary proceeding..

Only the signatories, or their assigns, can take legal action against the developer in case of disputes.
