Whether the adverse ACR is required to be communicated?

Whether adverse reports in the ACR is required to be communicated to the employee with in a specified time.

It all depends on the Rules. But usually in service matters the peocess of writing confidential report are written in each financial year as may be specified by the Government within two months of the cose of the said year. The whole exercise take about 4 moths. If there is adverse remarks in the report the same should be communicated to the officer concerned within three months of the receipt of the confidential report. Refer to your State Rules.
