It is said that justice delayed is justice denied. The first justice delivered by the lowest court. A lower court cannot take the issue of fundamental rights, a lower court cannot reconsider on it's own judgment, like SC. Where lies the bars behind it and why? Why we have to waiting for the just, for final judgment of SC? Why the justice will not be guaranteed at lowest level by strengthening the lowest court?

This "system with shouldering no responsibility for any mishandling and misconduct" is made by bureaucrats...
and yesterday you were appreciating Ms. Neha Tiwari for statement that system is OKay and its the peoples lacuna... can we expect from poor people who are every second struggling for bread that they will think of participation in a movement ????? It is "THE DUTY" of all of us whose stomach is full !!
Till when the assured responsibilty will not be fixed on public servants including both in executive and judiciary till than justice will be a dream with open eyes......
