What legal actions can be taken if-
1. Wife claims much more then actual "streedhan" what she got from her relatives
2.Wife claims on money /assets then she actually earned
Husband has proof of her income capacity and earnings. What legal action can be taken against wife?

It would depend upon where the claim was made. If she makes statements before the court that she has received so and so much streedhan from her relatives which is less thatn what she actually received from them and the husband proves her statement false, then action can lie for perjury.
