will it be cruelty to lady by questions in cross?

why did you ask me 'Shall I sleep with friends?' ?  Did you not asked me 'Shall I sleep with friends?'

Now query is whether both these questions asked in cross to lady in marital dispute amounts to cruelty or not.

FRIENDS....? This remark is important.. prove its for lady friends of her.. no were its mentioned boy friend or my...  i.e. husband's friend. Proving this,   the question will not amount to cruelty.

No: excepting the provisio to section 146 of the IEA,  in Cross examination the evidence act provides even to the extend of injuring her character, and during cross question of cruelty does not arise as what the pary strive to achieved in the court is the truth.

There is a provision of in-camera proceedings. Still, however, there is restriction on asking objectionable questions that's asking some very intimate questions just to lower the dignity of womanhood.
