Will with out executor

Can we write and register will without executor ?. Can legatee or benaficiary can mutate the properties with out probate if will is registered in telangana state ?

only in presidential towns of india a will needs to be compulsorily probated.

Usually the authority under whose jurisdiction property falls  keep the detailed procedure/forms/requisites etc  for such matters ( Testate Succession) on its web site.

 

Legal heir certificate,death certificate are basic requisites, and NOC from other legal heirs/advt in newspapers...................

 

If WILL is not contested it shall be acted upon to tansfer the ownership on the basis of WILL.

If WILL is contested it shall land up in probate court of pecuniary jurisdiction.
