Witness of divorce case

You can refuse to depose evidence as witness for the reasons you rely upon, if you receive witness summons from court, you can appear before court and inform court that you do not know anthing about it and become hostile witness, this will save you from humiliation or embarassment

	My divorce is in divorce case and he wanted me to be the witness. So he recorded the video stating i was a witness and took a signature in a paper. I don't want to be a witness anymore.. what should i do? Plz help

It is your personal decision to be a witness or not.

What do you mean by your statement "My divorce is in divorce case......."?
