Women reservation should be of limited period only say 10 years to 15 years and it should not be a perpetual reservations. As long as it is limited to a point of time I have no objections.
Rajesh Kumar (Advocate) 08 March 2010
Well, starting from 1950, all reservations are limited to 10 years only............ and they are perpetuated every 10 years.
mahendrakumar (marketing) 08 March 2010
I donot think nobody will try to touch reservations. they have gone to the extend of demanding reservation in private industries too.
The best remedy seems to be 100% reservation dividing the entire population based on caste only initially, than giving it only to some section.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Adv P & H High Court Chandigarh) 08 March 2010
To oppose women just in the name of a bill is nothing but a biased attitude towards them. Are women not human being and are they nto part of indian democracy and are they not entitled to taste the fruits of democracy? They are our mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, aunties, classmates and so on. If they are able enough, opportunity should be provide to them at the cost of man and no fear should be shown from any quarter like they are going to kickout men from the border of India and shall push them towards pakistan.
I welcome woman reservation Bill.
Rajesh Kumar (Advocate) 08 March 2010
The opportunity has already been provided in local bodies. There seats are reserved. If a women politician does good work over there, in course of time she will join assembly and parliament.
This proposal is not only undemocratic- it is Anti-men. This shows the real nature of feminist state. This shows the anti-men attitude of the political establishment. All political parties has ganged up against men- it is time for all men political party.

Swami Sadashiva Brahmendra Sar (Nil) 09 March 2010
Today on 09/03/2010 , just now the Bill has been passed by voice vote in the Upper House (Rajya Sabha).
Rajesh Kumar (Advocate) 09 March 2010
The passing of this bill in RS was always a forgone conclusion.
But, if men could understand their fate in the present political set up, the bill will result in emancipation of men.
Rajesh Kumar (Advocate) 09 March 2010
The feminist agenda is very clear. It is just the beginning- government is going to reserve 33% seats in educational institution and jobs very soon. Men will be a permanent slave.
