a writ petetion.....!

i want to know if a writ petition is dismissed in high court can it be challanged in supreme court or again in high court , can an appeal be filed against the decision of high court on writ petition in high court or in the supreme court....? (in a matter pertaining division of property between me and my sisters). kindly qoute the relevant sections and sub sections of the constitutional provisions regarding this ....!!

yes,it can be.But to my knowledge there could not be a writ for partition of property,writ if dismissed on this score would be dismissed every where even by Supreme court.

For partition of property a law suit is the remedy and not the writ.

Writ petition for propoerty partition of your family itself is not possible, so the question of appeal does not arise.

That is why are repeatedly saying, please ask your real problems.
