THe Company not providing releaving letter . Its been a month that papers are put by us. After putting down my papers in the next 2 3 days company sent a mail stating that mail account is suspended and I should not communicate to any one in the office and that I have done a fraud . I have been writing for releaving letter but no one is responding .
Now I have to join new company tomorrow. New company is aware that the precious employer is doing this to me for no fault of mine.
Need guidance

If you have not make any fraud you have to file a case in NCLT against the company.

What is the procedure. Also ine month salary has not been recieved. They say they are scrutinizing .so have an offer in hand .i can join .as the new company is aware of this .Please suggest

They are saying they will scrutinize till then he should speak to any employees nor any employees will speak to him. The fact is therw is nothing done from my end. NOW ITS BEEN A MONTH and still they are saying they will let us know. I have even mailed for releaving letter and surrendering laptop but they are just not responding.

Have you tendered your resignation properly with the mention about your last working date?
Did you mention that you are willing to pay the compensation for the notice period not served?
Did you demand the relieving letter on the last date of your working?
even now you mention your resignation letter and demand the relieving letter and F & F settlement by sending a lawyer notice to the company after which you can plan to escalate the matter through labor court.

Today I recd a communication from my company that I have been terminated as I have sone false reporting and have referred to the new company I am joining.
All these actions stated after I had put down my papers. Also I have joined the new company and they are aware of all this.
Now old company wrote saying they will issue legal notice.
Can you please assist what I should do
