rcr and child custody as wife mental disorder

I have been living separately from my wife and has filed RCR . we marriaged on 3rd May 2006. Daughter age 6 and Half years, study at class one.

She is mental patient, I have already done her "Phychometry Test" as per Doctor prescription. Her full scale IQ 63 (extremely low), She done several sucidal trials, suffer sever depression. She is "Aggression" & "Assaultiveness" in nature, this all are proved as per Phychometry test report.

Wife took all her belonding and ornaments with her and till then (29/10/13) she leaving at paternal house along with the Daughter (6 and Half years). Education already stopped due to my wife behaviour.
After RCR file is there any thing by law, which save children rights as our daughter suffer mentally and educationally at the beginning of life for her Mental Disorder Mother.

Dear Author,
Suppose that your an important part of body is too much painful for you and doctor advice you that cut this part for safe of life but after replace of that part your physical appearance became so ugly which you cannot thought. WHAT YOU DO.

As per my opinion you take help doctor to became her a normal woman and do not think for Dv.
You can apply for child custody on the ground of her mother illness and financial weekness.

Ask for child custody for her better education.
Try amicable solution with your in-laws and wife for taking your wife with you and get her proper medical treatment.

Divorce is very troublesome and lengthy process.
