He gave the false hope and told me he will marry me. By that time I get to know he is in affair with other girls and cheated them also. He is proposing a girl and if she talks with the family for their marriage he is telling I am Muslim so I won't marry any other girls and leaves that girl. He uses that girls for physical needs and financial needs.
