winding up petition

one indian computer company working in Gujarat and registered as private limited company was doing job work for foreign companies.
since 16 months it has stopped to work. what is the prodecure to wind up the company?

you can file court that winding up our company with letter.

what is your claim & concern with the subject company?
Usually debitors initiate the process of winding up, by providing details of their dues to the directors of the company.
Hence the details provided by you is not suffice for reply...

The Board of Directors can pass a winding up resolution for the company stating appropriate reason and submit to the Registrar of Companies where the company was registered.
