Yes you can(if you for defence)
Read sec. 218 of Cr.P.C. Only the caused has right to file an application for joint trial.

IT CAN BE COMBINED ALSO UNDER CR.P.C BUT WHATS THE USE TO COMBINE THEM. LET THERE BE THREE CASES AND GET THEM LISTED ON SAME DATE IF YOU WANT. SOME TIME IT IS BETTER TO HAVE THEM SEPARATE.

Dear Chetan,

*** 3 different cases for 3 cheques;

*** the parties are same;

*** the transaction is same;

What do you say about: 'Cause of Actions' ?
PALNITKAR V.V. (Expert) 21 February 2009
Mr. Shaikh is right. The cases can be clubbed together. Its different if that would be useful or not.

Some clarity is needed in your question. Weather the all three cases are being filed in same court or not.
If not we can club them.
