Academic query. Discuss the real problem, if there is any.

Mr. sonu! This is not a classroom. If you have to enhance/increase your knowledge then either you read law books or post your query at tutorial sites. We alll experts devote our valuable time just for the charity purpose to the needy persons.
You should not misuse our hobby to donate our time for your personal malafide needs.

Mr. Sonu,
Thanks for your instructions. We are ready to learn from you also, if you are capable to impart knowledge to us.
BUT, if one of the LCI members prefer to hold tutorials for law students and have provided you spoon feeding in solving your school exercise, you should not be so proud of that. That may not infuse any basic & real necessary knowledge of law in you or enhance your existing knowledge to help you become a good lawyer.
We prefer to help the persons, who are really facing any real life problem, but don't prefer to hold tutorials for lethargic type of law students, who do not like to concentrate on their course modules and text books, but want 100% spoon feeding from the experts just in a bid to cheat their teachers, as if they gave answer with their own knowledge, while they try to depend upon borrowed knowledge.

Dear Mr. Sonu,
This is professional forum and all are ethical professionals. So at the places like this, there would not be any personal scolding and hitting each other.
This forum is meant for helping the needy and that too practical and live help. If any body wants to have academic or educational doubt clarifications a lot of books are there to have the solutions. But here practical orientation will be going on by the experts and other professionals by imparting their experiences in their field especially Legal side.
So if any one gives their opinion and the same shall be respected by the querrist and others with due respect otherwise the purpose and justification for running this forum would be defeated. Everyone has to bear in mind that this is not for paid services.
I appeal to all with due respect that the decorum of the professionalism shall be maintained. Thank You All.

I respect much the advices of experts and their integrity too, I also know they are kind to give advices free of cost otherwise nothing is free in this world, but think there is an option for queries of students, hence my question is general and catogarized in students section only and here is no need to state fact infact, if anybody don't want to response then there is no force. This form is for helping needy persons I know but general queries are not un-sensible.
Sorry to anybody if I told anything wrong...
Thanks for your kind support

Mr. Sonu,
It seems, you prefer arrogantly teaching the experts more than learning from them with humility.
If you feel "here is no need to state fact infact" here is also no need to ask any advice merely on hypothetical stories.
The site is not meant for imparting free tutotials to students. If you are unable to concentrate on your studies or not able to understand the lessons in your text books or cours modules, better take tution from some local lawyer.
However, if you have any doubt in your understanding your lessons, come here with the real doubt to get that cleared, instead of frequently bringing in hypthetical questions, which in no sense can be considered as senible act on your part.
