If a girl is minor(15 Years). Can she be able to give a
statement of 164 CRPC??

Can She take decision of her life whether to live with her parents or husband?

Section 164 Crpc statement is a statement before the magistarate, it can be given by minor also.

Yes she can.

She can refuse to stay with her parents, in which case during the pendency of the case, she would be sent to Nari Niketan.
