Sir meri wife ne 2 December 2015 ko 498a ipc 323 ki fake complaint di ti. Jo women cell me 21 dec ko jhuti sabit hone ke kaaran band ho gyi.meri wife ne fir 29 dec 2015 ko dobara ipc 498a ipc 323 ipc 361 and ipc 506 ki mere khilaf complaint ki hai.or ek mediacal certificate jo 17 november 2015 ka hai attach kiya hai.kya meri pehle wali complaint jo jhuti sabit hui ti vo is complaint me meri kuch help kr skti hai.sir 6 janury and 15 janury ko meri women cell me date thi.uske baad compaint ko mediation me transfer kr diya gya. 1 February ko meri mediation me first date thi.lekin meri wife ne mediation ko attend nhi kiya.or jab me mediator ne phone krke pucha to meri wife ne kaha ki ham mediation nhi aayenge.maine court me 498a 323 ki apne husband ke khilaf ke complaint di hai.agar meri wife mediation ki koi date attend nhi kare to kya hoga.is court complaint se kya hoga sir

1. You can use the report filed by your wife and in which regard the police have closed the complaint as no offense during the police investigation appear to have been committed by you.
2. This is a second complaint which she has filed before the court and not before the police.
3. Do not worry at all.
4. If summoned by the court then attend the proceedings and produce such report of a false complaint filed by her before the police.
5. The issue of the medical certificate
is of no consequences as if it is not given by a govt hospital then the validity of it can be challenged and s. 323 IPC. is for minor hurt, so do not get worried at all. You will be able defend yourself.

Engage some lawyer and defend yourself in the cases against you on merits. first wrong complaint by her may prove helpful.
