I had purchase flat before one month. Registration of deed and everything is completed. But I have one issue till now pending which is as per following.
My First owner is done agreement in year 2002-03 which is not register he is taken advance amount from another person it is not repay to that another person. Now I had already bought that flat and paid whole amount now I want to cancel that agreement which is written by my first owner and another person. If anyone have format of cancellation of agreement of sale (satakhat) please mail me on my email address which is mentioned bellow.

the earlier agreement cannot be cancelled by you since you are not a party to it. Your vendor and the agreement holder have to do it.
