About Birth certificate

I Direct come to point I born in Andhra Pradesh 1995 in house , my parents have no idea about Birth certificate. My family moved to Chennai I completed my schooling and now am doing 3rd yr in BE. Now I need birth certificate to apply any type exams. Pls Sir give me solution my future depends on it

If your birth was duly registered, apply and obtain certificate from the Registrar of birth and deaths having jurisdiction of that area.

If it was not registered, obtain orders of the competent authority as per procedure, get the birth registered now, get the certificate. Consult registrar office.

Where I should get Andhra or Chennai ? What if they ask why I didn't get earlier ? If you have any idea about fees pls share ...

Andhra Pradesh.
Pay prescribe fee as mentioned in Manule. Tell them fact why u did't get it earlier.
