Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 23 January 2014
There is no point n giving any extra sum of money. If your uncle is the owner of the house then he can easily file a suit against that person for eviction and adjust the money he borrowed towards rent of the house.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 January 2014
Your uncle should file suit for eviction, should not pay more amount.

we also have a proof that one day they came to my uncles house to sign a document which stated that his wife is a adopte myd child of my uncle so the house has to be given to her but my uncle dint sign it instead he took that documentt and kept with him .so tomorrow we r going to the police station to give a complaint about them.will this be enough to lodge a complaint against them .
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 25 January 2014
This is purely a civil matter and police shall not lodge a complaint, Better to initiate civil remedy as available under law.
