Registery of our house is on the names of Three brothers. now they wana to transfer the same between only two of them. what will be the charges for the same.?

It is depend on which way you want to resolve?
1. Gift Deed OR
2. Release Deed

both the document require to be registered.

where the property is situated? there is difference of stamp duty from one state to other state. The brother who has no interest, he may execute release deed in favour of others which requires less stamp duty.

I agree with experts advise, get either a gift or relinquishment deed registered, which is compulsory. Get it drafted by a prudent local lawyer.
Stamp duty is a state subject and differs from each other deed/document.
