About wrong dismissal

I have been dismissed wrongly n also mentally harassed during my tenure with the company.
Some physical harm also done indirectly to me. Hence need help on d same.

File Police complaint. Then take employee union help. Then if employee grievance cell is there in the company tell everything to them and request them to resolve all the problems.Then approach labor court for unfair labor practice and victimization and wrongful dismissal without holding any enquiry and without hearing you thus violating the principles of natural justice.You may be reinstated with back wages.If you appreciate this answer please give me all your profile likes.

"Physical harm also done indirectly to me" It doesn't bring any Valid ground for Police complaints.Company could dismiss an Employee basing on its Own Justifiable Reasons.Better Consult A Local Good Advocate Discuss in detail for a Claim of Compensation.You have Not Posted the actual Facts.

Only labour court can advise you what you can expect on the merits of the case, not any expert, without head and tail of the problem.

So, wait for the start of proceeds in the labour court.

You will agree the experts are doing social service i.e., free of cost at the cost of their precious time and efforts utilizing their (personal) intellectual rights.

If you are not satisfied with the responses/opinion and advise rendered by the experts on this platform you should leave this platform and seek professional guidance from some prudent lawyer. But it is ridiculous and stupidity to repeat same query time and again.
