What are the legal remedies to restrain a person from Abuse of Rights, viz., easement rights. right of way to usurp land of bonafide land owners

You have got the right of path under section 13 as Easement of necessity in respect of pathway, if there exits any other way, there can be no easement of necessity. Please check the law point cited see 2010(1) CCC 351 S.C Sree Swayam Parkash Ashramam & Anr. Versus G.Anandavally Amma & Ors
