You can access the e-court website. You can search e.courts.state name in Google.

There is no restriction to access the ecourts.gov.in website from any part of the world, It is your imaginary concept.
It may be a technical problem at that time or perhaps you may not have logged in properly.
You try it one again and if you are still not able to access then you can contact your advocate and get an update.

Respected Kalaiselvan Sir,
I am in USA now and trying to access the ecourt web site for the past one week but could not succeed. It is not my imaginary concept. Not only ecourt web site, high court web site, a few other govt. web sites are also not accessible. Perhaps our Government might have imposed some restrictions to prevent hacking by anti social elements. It is for that reason I raised my doubt whether anybody has got any idea or heard about such restriction.
Regarding contacting my advocate, the time zone difference prevents me to do so. Moreover my advocate is an honest and efficient person who seldom has time to attend and depends upon his staff for update in knowing the case status. The staff are most unreliable and for the past more than 10 years, I personally take all the events/updates personally to the attention of my advocate not depending upon the his staff.
In this regard, I raised the issue with the Registrar General of High Court of Madras as well as other judicial authorities mentioned in the Contact Us, but none bothered to reply my query. Such is our judicial department.
Hail our judiciary system.

File a PIL in Madras High Court through your lawyer.
